Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and proactive HR Recruiter to join our team at our Vadodara office. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute recruiting plans to meet organizational staffing needs.

  • Source, screen, and interview potential candidates through various channels, including job portals, social media, professional networks, and referrals.

  • Coordinate interviews, provide timely feedback, and ensure a smooth recruitment process.

  • Manage job postings, maintain candidate databases, and conduct regular follow-ups with hiring managers.

  • Ensure compliance with recruiting best practices and organizational policies.

  • Prepare and manage onboarding procedures to facilitate seamless integration of new hires.
