About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Pre-Sales Executive (Fresher) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a passion for technology and business, and the ability to support the sales team in generating leads, preparing proposals, and managing client communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the sales team in identifying and qualifying new business opportunities.
  • Prepare presentations, proposals, and sales documentation for potential clients.
  • Understand client requirements and align solutions accordingly.
  • Support in conducting market research and competitor analysis.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, and Technical) for proposal development.
  • Maintain and update the CRM database with relevant client and opportunity information.
  • Participate in client calls and product demos under the guidance of senior team members.
  • Follow up with prospects to gather feedback and nurture leads.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Good understanding of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Basic understanding of IT/software solutions (preferred, not mandatory).
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
