Role Overview

As a
Conference & Exhibition Producer / Director / Manager
, you will own the
end-to-end lifecycle
of conferences and exhibitions-from idea to execution to evolution.

You'll work on established IPs as well as
create new, market-led conference concepts
, backed by solid research, compelling agendas, and strong industry participation. This is a
strategic + execution-heavy role
for someone who thrives at the intersection of content, people, and business.

Key ResponsibilitiesConference & Content Strategy

  • Research markets, industries, and emerging trends to identify
    high-impact themes, topics, and narratives
  • Conceptualize conference agendas that are
    relevant, saleable, and CXO-worthy
  • Identify, approach, and onboard
    senior speakers, policymakers, CXOs, and industry leaders

Stakeholder & Relationship Management

  • Engage confidently with
    CXOs, founders, regulators, and subject-matter experts
  • Build long-term relationships with speakers, partners, and ecosystem stakeholders
  • Support sponsorship conversations through
    content positioning and speaker value

Event Production & Execution

  • Collaborate closely with
    marketing, sales, operations, and design teams
  • Own timelines, deliverables, speaker coordination, and agenda flow
  • Ensure seamless execution across conferences, exhibitions, panels, and award segments

Commercial & Performance Oversight

  • Track budgets, production costs, and content ROI
  • Align conference content with
    delegate acquisition and sponsorship goals
  • Deliver detailed
    post-event reports
    , insights, and recommendations for improvement
