Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Conference Producer based in Bengaluru. The Conference Producer will be responsible for conducting market research, developing event concepts, and managing all aspects of conference production. Responsibilities include acquiring and coordinating with speakers, overseeing event-related content creation, and working closely with the events team to ensure the successful execution of events. The Conference Producer will also collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high-quality, impactful experiences.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Conference Production and Event Management
  • Strong Market Research and analytical skills to identify trends and potential opportunities
  • Effective Communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Expertise in Speaker Acquisition and developing strategic agendas for events
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Experience in the events or conference industry is advantageous
  • A proactive and creative mindset with attention to detail
