Our Event360 Training Program in Bangalore is a structured, hands-on internship designed to develop future professionals in event sales, marketing, and business development.
Role Overview
As a Sales & Marketing Intern, you will work closely with our commercial and marketing teams on real projects, real clients, and live events. This is not a classroom internship - you will gain practical exposure to B2B sales, digital marketing, lead generation, and client communication within the exhibitions and conferences industry.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Assist in identifying and researching potential exhibitors, sponsors, and partners
- Support outbound outreach via email, LinkedIn, and phone calls
- Help qualify leads and update CRM/database
- Prepare company profiles, pitch decks, and proposals
- Support exhibition booth and sponsorship sales campaigns
Marketing & Promotion
- Assist in social media content creation and posting
- Support email marketing campaigns and database management
- Help with basic market research and competitor analysis
- Assist in creating promotional content for events (brochures, posts, banners)
Operations & Coordination
- Support internal coordination between sales, marketing, and production teams
- Assist in event preparation, delegate promotion, and follow-ups
Who Should Apply
- Final-year students or fresh graduates in Marketing, Business, Management, Communications, or related fields
- Strong communication skills in English (spoken & written)
- Comfortable using MS Excel, PowerPoint, and basic tools like Canva
- Interest in sales, marketing, and business development
- Self-motivated, energetic, and willing to learn
- Prior internship or campus marketing experience is a plus (not mandatory)
