Key Deliverables / Accountabilities

  • Liaise with Design and Development teams to Build products relevant to the user.
  • Monitor product development lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery of features and enhancements.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities and areas for differentiation.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define product vision, strategy and roadmap aligned with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to create new solutions and solve problems.
  • Gather and prioritize user requirements through user feedback, data analysis and market insights.
  • Translate user needs to clear product requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Work closely with development, design and QA teams to deliver high quality product releases.
  • Monitor user feedback to iterate on product features and drive continuous improvement.
  • Track and analyze metrics of the product and publish reports on product performance and trends.
  • Stay informed about industry developments, regulatory changes and emerging technologies relevant to the stock market ecosystem.

Competencies Required

  • Work on FinTech products related to the financial markets and should have worked on Payment Modules.
  • Should have strong technical expertise and the ability to adapt to emerging technologies.
  • Experience with analytical tools to define customer behavior, interpret data, identify trends and drive data driven product decisions.
  • Should be a multi tasker and be able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Should be able to understand and visualize ideas clearly
  • Should be a strong team player who can collaborate effectively with different stakeholders

Essential Educational & Experience Qualification

  • Graduation / MBA in any stream with 5-7 years of FinTech experience
