Role Purpose

We are seeking a Product Manager to lead the design and development of a multi-sector product that connects
banks, educational institutions, and payment gateways to create an integrated ecosystem
. This role focuses on building an
embedded, integration-heavy platform
that powers fee collection, admissions, productivity, process workflows, and online transactions across diverse institutions, government institutions, and small merchants.

Responsibilities We Entrust You With

  • Own the product roadmap for SAAS, integrations across
    ERP/SIS
    ,
    payment gateways
    , and
    banking systems
    .
  • Gather and synthesize requirements from educational institutions, banks, merchants going online, and government organizations.
  • Design workflows for process management, fee payments, settlement, reconciliation, refunds, financing, and compliance.
  • Work with engineering to build scalable APIs, connectors, middleware, and data flows.
  • Ensure seamless onboarding of institutions with varying ERP and financial infrastructures.
  • Collaborate with banks/payment partners to integrate products like settlement APIs, VPA/QR, mandates, BNPL, and financing.
  • Define product success metrics (collection efficiency, onboarding time, uptime, API reliability, adoption).
  • Drive UX for students, parents, finance teams, and admin users.
  • Ensure adherence to compliance, data privacy, and financial regulations.
  • Manage release planning, documentation, testing, and cross-functional alignment.
  • Support GTM teams with demos, training, and product narratives.

What Matters In This Role

  • 3–5+ years of product experience, ideally in
    SAAS
    ,
    ed-tech
    , or
    ERP/enterprise SaaS
    .
  • Strong understanding of workflows (CRM, CPAAS, Accounting, Connected Services).
  • Experience working with banks, FI APIs, or high-integration products.
  • Ability to translate complex workflows into simple product experiences.
  • Experience with APIs, data models, webhooks, OAuth, and third-party integrations.
  • Excellent collaboration skills across engineering, design, operations, sales, and external partners.
  • Analytical mindset with familiarity in dashboards, funnels, and financial metrics.
  • Bonus: experience in education workflows (admissions, fee management, ERP) or government systems.

What You'll Build

  • Merchant onboarding & compliance workflows.
  • Data and insight layers for finance and admin teams.
