Role Overview:

We're seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to assist users with our accounting software. You'll handle queries, troubleshoot issues, and provide best-in-class support that reflects our brand values. Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in Hindi and/or Arabic is a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer queries via phone, email, and chat related to Ethicfin's accounting software.
  • Assist users in understanding features, setting up accounts, and resolving issues.
  • Log support requests accurately and escalate technical issues when required.
  • Provide empathetic, timely, and effective support to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product features and updates.
  • Gather user feedback and share insights with the product and development teams.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business, IT, or a related field.
  • 0-1 year of experience in customer support, preferably for a SaaS or accounting product
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
  • Working knowledge of accounting terms and software usage.
  • Patience, attentiveness, and a problem-solving attitude.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

Advantages:

  • Background in accounting or bookkeeping is a plus.
