Job Summary:

We're seeking a seasoned National Head - Projects to lead our project delivery team across India. You'll oversee project execution, ensure quality standards, and drive business growth through client satisfaction and operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage project delivery teams across locations

  • Oversee project planning, execution, and handover

  • Ensure quality standards, timelines, and budgets

  • Develop and implement project management processes

  • Manage client relationships and stakeholder engagement

  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues

  • Drive business growth through client satisfaction and new opportunities

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Construction Management, or related field

  • 10-15 years of experience in project management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role

  • Experience in managing large-scale office design and build projects

  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and teams across locations

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with project management software and tools

  • Knowledge of Indian construction regulations and standards

  • Experience with BIM and design software

  • Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, CAPM)
