Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for the position of Regional Sales Head. The role involves leading and managing regional sales operations, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. Responsibilities include formulating and implementing sales strategies, conducting market research and analysis, mentoring team members, and managing key accounts to achieve sales targets and organizational goals.

Qualifications

  • Strong Sales and Sales Management skills with experience in revenue generation and target achievement
  • Proficiency in Account Management and relationship-building abilities
  • Exceptional Team Management skills to mentor and guide sales teams effectively
  • Strong Analytical Skills with the ability to interpret market data and develop actionable insights
  • Proficiency in strategic planning and implementation, problem-solving, and decision-making
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; a master's degree is a plus
  • Experience in industries such as MSME, Food Processing, Fisheries, or Agriculture is advantageous
