Role Description
As an Regional Sales Manager (West), you'll play a pivotal role in driving STATOM MOBILITY's presence in the region. You will lead,build and motivate a sales team, build strong dealer and distributor networks, and execute sales strategies that fuel growth. This is a role for someone who thrives on ownership, enjoys building relationships, and is eager to grow with a brand that is transforming the cycling industry.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Sales Planning, Territory Management, and Revenue Forecasting.
- Team Management skills, including mentoring, motivation, and performance enhancement.
- Ability to conduct Market Analysis, identify growth opportunities, and competitive strategy development.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
- Knowledge or experience in the bicycle industry or related sectors is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- Willingness to travel and adapt to dynamic work environments as required.
