Role Description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Regional Sales Manager to lead our Mumbai branch. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and managing the sales and technical teams, driving business growth, maintaining strong customer and OEM relationships, and ensuring healthy profitability for the branch.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and manage a high-performing
    sales and technical team
    in the Mumbai region.
  • Identify, pursue, and close business opportunities in the
    SMB and Enterprise segments
    .
  • Maintain strong and healthy relationships with
    OEMs, customers, and internal team members
    .
  • Lead the team to consistently achieve
    monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets
    .
  • Drive sales of
    data security and data backup solutions
    to corporate clients across Mumbai.
  • Ensure targeted customer meetings and deliver committed sales performance within specified timelines.
  • Oversee branch operations to maintain a
    profitable business environment
    .

Skill Requirements

  • Minimum
    5 years of sales experience
    with a reseller organization selling
    cybersecurity or backup solutions
    to corporate clients in Mumbai.
  • Proven experience in a
    client-facing role
    within IT security or backup solution sales.
  • Strong understanding of IT Security and Backup solutions such as:
  • Endpoint Security
  • Networking & Data Security
  • DLP
  • Backup (Server/Desktop/Laptop/Replication)
  • NGFW
  • MDM
  • Helpdesk & Asset Management
  • Should have
    at least 3 years of team management experience
    .

Mandatory Requirements

  • Minimum
    5 years of experience selling data security or backup solutions
    to corporate customers in Mumbai.
  • Candidate
    must be from Mumbai
    with deep market knowledge and corporate network.

Education & Work Experience

  • Minimum
    5 years' experience
    as per the mandatory requirements mentioned above.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining a positive and customer-centric attitude.
  • Strong capability to work independently and complete assignments within the given parameters.

    6 days (Monday to Saturday)
  • Salary:
    Up to ₹1,50,000 per month + Variable Pay (based on target achievement)
