We are looking for enthusiastic and dynamic individuals to join our
Revenue Operations team
as
Trainees – Inside Sales
. This role offers an excellent opportunity to learn the end-to-end process of international B2B sales and revenue enablement. You will work closely with the Business Growth and Sales teams to identify potential leads, nurture prospects, and contribute to the company's global business expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential business opportunities across target international markets.
- Generate, qualify, and nurture leads through digital channels, email campaigns, and professional networks.
- Assist in creating and maintaining prospect databases and CRM entries.
- Support the sales team in preparing proposals, presentations, and client communications.
- Collaborate with marketing and business development teams to align lead generation strategies.
- Learn to analyze sales metrics and contribute to performance improvement initiatives.
- Participate in product/service understanding sessions to effectively communicate value propositions to prospects.
Skills & Competencies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English proficiency is essential).
- Strong interest in sales, business development, and customer engagement.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic understanding of IT services/products or willingness to learn quickly.
- Proactive attitude, curiosity to learn, and team-oriented approach.
Educational Background
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (preferred).
- MBA or Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing/International Business is an added advantage.
