What You'll Be Doing

  • Make
    outbound cold calls
    to Australian businesses and residential customers.
  • Pitch and sell
    hosted VoIP phone systems
    ,
    devices
    , and
    business telecom solutions
    .
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend the best-fit voice and internet products.
  • Follow up on warm leads and maintain a consistent
    sales pipeline
    .
  • Meet or exceed
    monthly targets
    for call volume, conversion rates, and revenue.
  • Coordinate with the remote sales and support team for onboarding and customer success.


What You Bring

  • 2+ years
    of experience in outbound calling or inside sales (telecom/VoIP preferred).
  • Strong understanding of
    hosted PBX / cloud-based phone systems
    .
  • Fluent English communication skills
    – confident, persuasive, and clear.
  • Prior experience selling to international markets, ideally Australia.
  • Self-motivated and disciplined with the ability to work independently.
  • Access to a
    quiet workspace
    , reliable internet, and quality audio equipment.
