LCX is a Fintech company that focuses on tokenization of assets, utility and security token offerings, and advanced trading tools. In 2020 LCX has gained regulatory approval of 8 blockchain-related registrations by the Financial Market Authority. LCX was founded in 2018 with headquarters in Vaduz (Liechtenstein) and branches in Crypto-Valley Zug (Switzerland) and New Delhi (India).
Responsibilities:- Being able to provide product support and training to help create more product value for customers
- Able to provide proactive problem resolutions
- Develop healthy customer relationships
- Evaluate and analyse customer needs
- Handle support tickets and provide online chat inquiries and email replies to services to customers
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, advice, and suggestions via email and chat tools
- Support other business units with customer liaison, accurately document customer requests and advice, and provide feedback in the form of documentation
- Handle customer requests, any special cases, or ad hoc tasks
- Proactive Approach
- Needs someone with a blockchain and crypto background
- Should be comfortable with rotational shifts
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Must have knowledge of HubSpot
- Native or fluent written English is required
- Ability to work in both a team environment and autonomously
- Demonstrate a high degree of honesty, integrity, and confidentiality with a strong sense of responsibility and teamwork spirit
- Have a background and proven experience in providing support to customers in the crypto field
- Strong passion to provide support to customers
- Passionate about cryptocurrencies and fintech
- Be smart, able to resolve inquiries in a professional way
- Have good contacts in the crypto industry
