Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Success Manager, located in Pune. The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and retention by building strong relationships with clients. They will analyze customer data to provide insights and solutions to improve the customer experience. Daily tasks will include addressing customer concerns, offering service improvements, and collaborating with other departments to align customer needs with business goals.
