Customer Success Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Success professional to lead our customer success function in Gurugram.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the customer success function, working closely with sales and technical teams to manage expectations and align customer needs with implemented solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Onboarding and Implementation:
    • Ensure seamless transition from sales to service delivery by managing expectations and aligning customer needs.
    • Oversee technical implementation of products and services, meeting deadlines and milestones while keeping clients informed.
  • Customer Advocacy and Relationship Management:
    • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders in customer organizations.
    • Conduct regular meetings to review service delivery, performance, and evolving customer needs.
    • Act as escalation point for any issues, resolving problems quickly and efficiently.
  • Managing Renewals and Upsell Opportunities:
    • Oversee renewal process to ensure continuity of service and positive customer outcomes.
    • Proactively address concerns that might jeopardize contract renewal.
    • Identify opportunities to introduce additional products, services, or features benefiting customers.
