Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in the Greater Vadodara Area for a Sales Engineer. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, developing and executing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, and offering exceptional customer service. Day-to-day tasks include identifying customer needs, presenting technical solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction through proficient communication and technical knowledge.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Sales Engineering and Sales skills
  • Experience in providing Technical Support and exceptional Customer Service
  • Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to manage customer relationships and work effectively in a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
  • Previous experience in the Hydraulic & Pneumatic , precision components , Pipe fittings ,Tubing & Hose assemblies .
  • ERP / SAP experience
  • Costing & Estimation in technical method
  • AutoCAD basics and modelling
