Pre-Sales Consultation & DiscoveryWork closely with sales reps to understand prospects' business challenges in sales, marketing, and customer service.Conduct discovery calls or workshops to gather and analyze customer requirements around CRM usage.Identify pain points in areas like customer acquisition, sales process management, lead tracking, or customer support workflows. 2. Product Demonstration & Technical PresentationPrepare and deliver tailored CRM demos based on the customer's industry, size, and use cases.Clearly show how CRM features (e.g., automation, pipeline tracking, reporting, integrations) solve specific business problems.Customize demo environments to reflect the customer's current and future workflows.
