Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Engineer located in the Greater Delhi Area. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for supporting the sales team with technical expertise, managing customer inquiries, providing technical solutions, conducting product demonstrations, and working closely with clients to understand their needs. The role involves frequent collaboration with different teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful sales processes.
Qualifications
- Sales Engineering and Technical Support skills
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
- Proven experience in Sales and customer relationship management
- Ability to understand and explain complex technical products to customers
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
- Degree in Engineering, Business, or related field preferred
- Familiarity with procurement processes and industry-specific needs is a plus
