Position: Sales Engineer / Senior Sales Engineer
Responsibilities:
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities within the industrial automation sector, including OEMs, EPCs and end-user customers.
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans and strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
- Proactively generate sales leads through networking, market research, industry events, and direct customer engagement.
- Prepare and deliver compelling technical presentations and product demonstrations to prospective and existing clients, clearly articulating the value proposition of our solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized proposals and ensure proposed solutions meet client technical and business requirements.
- Prepare detailed quotations, negotiate contract terms, and effectively close sales deals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics & Communication Engineering, Instrumentation & Control Engineering.
- Prior experience in technical sales or sales engineering within the industrial automation industry. Experience with specific automation brands (e.g., Schneider Electric, Rockwell, Siemens, Mitsubishi, ABB,)
