About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Manager- Finance to take charge of our financial operations and planning. As the financial backbone of our company, you will handle budgeting, payments, sales planning, financial reporting, and other managerial tasks essentially functioning. If you have a knack for numbers, strategic thinking, and ensuring smooth financial operations, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

Budgeting and Financial Planning:

  • Develop and monitor annual budgets to align with business objectives.
  • Analyze financial data to forecast revenues, expenses, and cash flow.

Payments and Compliance:

  • Oversee vendor payments, payroll processing, and other financial transactions.
  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations, audits, and company policies.

Sales Planning and Reporting:

  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop accurate sales forecasts/payments.
  • Generate reports on sales performance, profitability, and revenue trends.

Audit & Internal Controls

  • Internal audit compliance score (target: ___ )
  • Implementation of audit recommendations (target: within ____ days)
  • Frequency of internal audits conducted (target: quarterly)

Financial Analysis

  • Performed financial analysis to assess company performance and identify improvement areas.
  • Collaborated with senior finance staff to develop and implement financial strategies and policies.
  • Prepared and generated regular MIS (Management Information System) reports to assist in strategic planning and decision- making.

Managerial and Strategic Tasks:

  • Provide actionable insights to leadership for decision-making and growth planning.
  • Identify areas for cost optimization and efficiency improvements.

Reporting and Analysis:

  • Prepare detailed financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and variance analyses.
  • Present financial performance summaries to management.

Stakeholder Management:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for external auditors, bankers, and other financial stakeholders.
  • Build strong relationships with internal teams to ensure alignment on financial goals.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (MBA Finance preferred).
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in finance, accounting, or managerial roles.
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations, budgeting, and financial reporting standards.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, BUSY, or SAP) and Excel.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
