highly skilled Accounts/Finance Manager
to lead our finance function, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and strategic financial support across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Planning & Budgeting:
    Prepare budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections; track performance vs budget.
  • Accounting & Financial Control:
    Manage end-to-end accounting, monthly/quarterly/annual closures, and reconciliations.
  • Project-wise Financial Management:
    Track project budgets, P&L, billing milestones, and profitability analysis.
  • Statutory Compliance & Auditing:
    Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF/ESIC, and statutory filings; coordinate audits.
  • Accounts Payable & Receivable:
    Oversee vendor payments, client invoicing, and collection cycles.
  • Financial Reporting & Analysis:
    Prepare MIS reports, balance sheets, cash flow statements, and provide insights for management.
  • Treasury & Cash Flow Management:
    Manage liquidity, fund utilisation, and banking relationships.
  • Policy, Systems & Process Improvement:
    Implement financial SOPs, internal controls, and process automation.
  • Strategic Financial Support:
    Assist leadership in proposal costing, pricing strategies, financial modelling, and investor reporting.

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's/Master's in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.
  • 5+ years of experience in accounts/finance, preferably in consulting firms.
  • Strong knowledge of Tally/ERP systems, MS Excel, and financial compliance frameworks.
  • Analytical mindset, integrity, attention to detail, and excellent stakeholder management.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently while supporting strategic decisions.
