Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Relationship Manager located in New Delhi. The Senior Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships, identifying potential clients, understanding their financial needs, and offering appropriate loan products. They will work closely with the sales and credit teams to ensure seamless loan processing and customer satisfaction. This role involves regular client visits, financial analysis, preparing loan proposals, and maintaining detailed records of client interactions.

  • Relationship Management and Client Servicing skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Financial Analysis and Loan Processing skills
  • Sales and Marketing experience in the finance sector
  • Ability to work independently, with strong problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of the housing finance industry and regulatory framework is beneficial
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience in managing a team is a plus
