Manager - Finance & Accounts

Education: Chartered Accountant

Experience: 6-8 Years or 4-5 years

Industry Preferred: Tyre/Retread/Automotive/Manufacturing

Purpose of Position:-

The Finance manager will be involved in various aspects and domain of financial activities of company . This position requires highly involved person to lead the team of Finance & Accounts and supervise them in managing Accounts, taxes, GST, treasury management. The Internal Control over Financial Reporting, Working capital management, P&L, Quarterly and annual accounts closing, completing & adhering the internal & statutory audits.

Role & Responsibilities :-

1) Accounts & Finance Monitoring the day-to-day function of accounts & finance, involve in closing the P&L, quarterly or annual accounts closing. Managing the Internal Control over Financial reporting, documenting, fixed assets management and complete working capital management. Management of procurement to pay process and compliance with payment to MSME vendors.

2) Treasury Management – Involve in corporate portfolio management, understanding the risk and return analysis of investments in debt, equity and other instruments. Coordinating & liasioning with the banks, renewal of working capital limits with proper documentation. Submitting the monthly/quarterly/annual statements with Banks.

3) Direct Taxes - Managing the TDS/TCS; deduction/collection of tax, deposit and filling of return in compliance with IT Act. Highly involve in Advance tax computation/ deposit and tax audit/filling of Income Tax return. Coordinating with consultants for assessment / appeal cases.

4) MIS & Analytics – Involve in preparing monthly MIS reports by analyzing the P &L, Balance sheet and various financial reports for the understanding of top management. Involve in gathering various information and analyzing the financial data for decision making.

5) Team Management – Managing & leading the team of Finance & accounts and driving them towards the business goal of the company.
