We are seeking a Senior Professional Finance Manager for Lynkit's accounting and financial operations. They will be responsible for ensuring that our accounting is accurate and compliant with regulations. strategic financial planning, budget preparation, cost control, financial analysis, cash flow management, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Accounting: Oversee accounting operations
  • Budgeting: Create budgets and forecasts, and monitor variances
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
  • Financial reports audit.
  • Physical inventory
  • import/ export financial transactions
  • Experience dealing with banks
  • Risk management: Develop risk minimization plans
  • Financial reporting: Provide financial reporting to help assess past performance and plan future strategies
  • Internal audits: Lead internal audits, develop internal audit processes to quickly identify and fill gaps
  • Financial policies: Develop and oversee financial policies
  • Team Management: Manage teams across departments for optimal results

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, economics, or finance
  • Master's degree in accounting or equivalent
  • Experience in finance management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in accounting software
