Our vision is supported by some of the world's leading investors like Accel, General Catalyst, Y Combinator, Bertelsmann and other marquee names.Roles And ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute strategic account plans to achieve revenue and profitability targets.Manage and grow relationships with key national clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.Identify new business opportunities and expand existing accounts through cross- selling and up- selling.Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, operations, and finance) to align on account strategies and deliver exceptional service.Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with key clients while ensuring profitability.Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adapt strategies accordingly.Skills We Are Looking ForBachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).4+ years of experience in national account management, key account management, or sales leadership.Proven track record of managing large accounts and driving revenue growth.Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.Experience working in [industry- specific experience, e.g., FMCG, retail, technology, healthcare, etc.].Ability to analyze data and market trends to make informed business decisions.Compensation And BenefitsCompetitive Salary + EsopsWe provide Biannual- based increments based on company performance.We offer comprehensive medical insurance worth 5 lakhs for both our employees and their dependents.Our company culture is considered one of the best in the industry.
