Role & responsibilities

  • Sales Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and implement national sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets

  • Own annual, quarterly, and monthly sales planning, forecasting, and budget control
  • Track and analyze sales performance and market trends

  • Team Leadership & Management

  • Build, mentor, and lead a strong team of Zonal, Regional, and Area Sales Managers

  • Drive accountability, performance, and goal alignment across the sales hierarchy

  • Channel Development & Expansion

  • Expand general trade (GT), modern trade (MT), large format retail (LFR), and distribution channels

  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with key distributors, retailers, and trade partners
  • Drive sell-in and sell-through strategies and ensure strong retail presence across all key geographies

  • Go-to-Market & Market Execution

  • Execute product launches, promotions, and trade marketing activities in coordination with the marketing team

  • Oversee trade schemes, visibility programs, and in-store execution to ensure brand presence and ROI

  • Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with supply chain, marketing, and product teams to align availability and promotions

  • Provide market insights to drive product and strategy refinement
