Role & responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Planning
Develop and implement national sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
- Own annual, quarterly, and monthly sales planning, forecasting, and budget control
Track and analyze sales performance and market trends
Team Leadership & Management
Build, mentor, and lead a strong team of Zonal, Regional, and Area Sales Managers
Drive accountability, performance, and goal alignment across the sales hierarchy
Channel Development & Expansion
Expand general trade (GT), modern trade (MT), large format retail (LFR), and distribution channels
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with key distributors, retailers, and trade partners
Drive sell-in and sell-through strategies and ensure strong retail presence across all key geographies
Go-to-Market & Market Execution
Execute product launches, promotions, and trade marketing activities in coordination with the marketing team
Oversee trade schemes, visibility programs, and in-store execution to ensure brand presence and ROI
Cross-functional Collaboration
Work closely with supply chain, marketing, and product teams to align availability and promotions
- Provide market insights to drive product and strategy refinement
