Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
- Manage and grow relationships with key national clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand existing accounts through cross- selling and up- selling.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, operations, and finance) to align on account strategies and deliver exceptional service.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with key clients while ensuring profitability.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adapt strategies accordingly.
Skills we are looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 4+ years of experience in national account management, key account management, or sales leadership.
- Proven track record of managing large accounts and driving revenue growth.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Experience working in [industry- specific experience, e.g., FMCG, retail, technology, healthcare, etc.].
- Ability to analyze data and market trends to make informed business decisions.
