Job Description -
About the Role: We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic freshers to join our Business Development team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to build a career in IT services business development, gain exposure to US-based clients, and learn consultative sales skills in a global market.
Key Responsibilities:
* Research and identify prospective clients using online tools, databases, and LinkedIn.
* Build and maintain a qualified lead database with accurate details.
* Assist in executing outreach activities such as email campaigns and LinkedIn engagement.
* Support lead qualification by preparing prospect reports and tracking progress in CRM tools.
* Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities.
* Gain exposure to client interactions through calls, emails, and virtual meetings.
* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely proposals and responses.
Shift time: 6pm to 3am (US Shift)
Requirements:
* MBA/BBA/Graduate in Marketing, Business, Commerce, or related field.
* Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
* Research and analytical ability with attention to detail.
* Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.) is an advantage.
* Comfortable using LinkedIn and social media for professional networking.
* Enthusiastic, adaptable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced IT services environment.
