Job Overview:
The Business Development Executive will play a key role in driving the firm's growth through client acquisition, relationship management, and strategic branding initiatives. The candidate will work closely with partners and senior associates to strengthen the firms market presence and support revenue generation goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities with corporate and individual clients.
Conduct market research to identify potential sectors and clients aligned with the firms practice areas.
Manage client relationships, ensuring consistent communication and service satisfaction.
Assist in drafting proposals, pitch documents, and client presentations.
Support the firm's marketing campaigns, including digital outreach, events, and networking opportunities.
Collaborate with the legal team to align business strategies with service offerings.
Maintain a database of leads, prospects, and conversions through CRM tools.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
1–3 years of experience in business development or client servicing, preferably in a professional services or legal environment.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong relationship-building and negotiation abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently and within a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in B2B business development for consulting firms.
Understanding of corporate law, compliance, or legal industry dynamics.
