We are looking for a smart and presentable Front Desk & Admin for our organization. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and will also support day-to-day office administration tasks. This role requires excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees in a professional manner
- Manage the reception area and ensure it is tidy and presentable at all times
- Handle incoming calls, route them to the concerned department/person, and take messages
- Maintain visitor records and issue visitor passes
- Receive and distribute incoming mail, couriers, and documents
- Assist in office administration tasks such as coordinating meetings, maintaining records, and managing office supplies
- Support HR/Admin in event coordination, documentation, and onboarding support
- Coordinate with housekeeping, IT, and other vendors for office maintenance needs
- Perform basic data entry, filing, and document organization tasks as required
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Graduate in any discipline
- 3+ years of experience in front desk/reception or office administration
- Ex-cabin crew can also apply
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Professional appearance with a pleasant personality
- Ability to multitask and handle administrative responsibilities efficiently
