About the Role
We're looking for a Performance Marketing Manager with deep expertise in Google Ads to take ownership of our paid acquisition strategy. This role is tailor-made for someone who thrives on data, experimentation, and ROI-driven marketing — someone who can translate budgets into measurable growth and optimize every click for performance.
Responsibilities
1.Google Ads & Paid Media Execution
- Plan, execute, and manage high-performing campaigns across Google Search, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max.
- Develop keyword strategies and ad structures that maximize reach and conversion efficiency.
- Continuously optimize campaigns for CPC, CTR, ROAS, and lead quality.
- Conduct A/B testing on ad copy, creatives, and landing pages.
- Implement precise conversion tracking and analytics through Google Tag Manager and GA4.
2.Budget Planning & Optimization
- Own the end-to-end media budget — planning, allocation, pacing, and ROI optimization.
- Forecast performance outcomes and provide data-backed recommendations to leadership.
- Identify high-performing channels and reallocate spend for maximum impact.
- Ensure efficient cost per lead (CPL) and continuous improvement in return on ad spend (ROAS).
3.Strategy, Insights & Reporting
- Build and execute data-driven performance marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Analyze campaign metrics and customer journeys to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with the design and tech teams to improve landing page performance and ad relevance.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports with clear insights, learnings, and next steps.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in Google Ads campaign management (mandatory)
- Strong understanding of digital marketing funnels and performance metrics
- Experience with Meta Ads, Google Analytics, and Tag Manager
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for reporting and analysis
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Experience in lead generation and B2B campaign structures (bonus if in construction, manufacturing, or industrial sectors).
Required Skills
- Experience with Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or programmatic platforms.
- Exposure to CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, LeadSquared) and marketing automation workflows.
- Familiarity with SEO fundamentals and remarketing campaigns.
