Role Overview

We are seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist to join our Bangalore office on a full-time, work-from-office basis. You will be responsible for executing and optimizing Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid media campaigns across E-commerce and B2B clients in international markets (US & Australia). The ideal candidate should combine analytical skills with creativity to drive measurable growth and ROI.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across SEM (Google Ads) and SMM (Meta Ads)
  • Manage E-commerce and B2B campaigns focused on lead generation and sales growth
  • Monitor and analyze campaign KPIs — CTR, ROAS, CPA, CVR, etc.
  • Develop and maintain performance dashboards and reports (GA4, Looker Studio, etc.)
  • Collaborate with internal teams for ad creatives, landing pages, and performance reviews
  • Conduct A/B testing and continuous optimization to improve performance
  • Stay current with industry trends, tools, and platform updates

Qualifications & Skills

4+ years of hands-on experience in SEM & SMM (Google Ads + Meta Ads)

Proven track record managing international accounts (US, Australia)

Strong understanding of Shopping Ads, Feed Optimization, and Audience Targeting

Proficiency in Google Analytics, Looker Studio, and Tag Manager

Experience with E-commerce (Shopify, WooCommerce) preferred

Excellent communication and client-handling skills

Self-driven, organized, and capable of managing multiple accounts simultaneously
