Role Overview

As a
Performance Marketing Intern
at
Brik Oven Private Limited
, you will assist in planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across various channels. This role offers hands-on exposure to paid marketing, analytics, and campaign management — helping you understand how performance marketing drives real business growth in the F&B industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and executing paid campaigns across
    Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
    , and other digital platforms.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, and conversion rate.
  • Support in
    keyword research, ad copywriting, and audience segmentation.
  • Coordinate with the
    creative and content team
    to ensure alignment between campaign visuals and messaging.
  • Help track campaign ROI and prepare weekly performance reports.
  • Research competitors' digital strategies and suggest improvements.
  • Assist in
    retargeting campaigns, lead generation, and local store promotions.
  • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and tools.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree in
    Marketing, Business, Communication, or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of
    Google Ads, Meta Ads, and digital marketing metrics.
  • Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets for data tracking.
  • Creative mindset with curiosity to learn performance-based marketing.
