Performance Marketing Specialist

to
own and drive paid media campaigns across our website and online marketplaces (Amazon, Nykaa, Myntra)

.

Key Responsibilities:

Performance Marketing Strategy & Execution

  • Plan, execute, and optimize
    performance marketing campaigns across
    :
    Google Ads & Meta Ads
    (Facebook & Instagram) for website sales growth.
    Amazon, Myntra & Nykaa Ads
    (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Display Ads)
  • Optimize
    ad targeting, bidding, and budget allocation
    to drive
    sales
    and
    conversions
    .
  • Continuously
    A/B test ad creatives, audiences, and messaging
    to improve efficiency.
  • Work closely with the creative team to ensure engaging ad assets go live at the right time.

Data Analysis & Optimization

  • Track and analyze campaign performance across
    ROAS, ACoS, CTR, CPC, CPA, and conversion rates.
  • Leverage
    Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Amazon Advertising Console, and marketplace dashboards
    to optimize ad performance.
  • Prepare reports
    on ad performance with insights and action plans to improve efficiency.
  • Implement
    retargeting
    and
    lookalike audience strategies
    to increase customer
    retention
    .

Website & Marketplace Performance Management

  • Primary focus on scaling The Bare Bar's website sales through optimized paid campaigns.
  • Manage Amazon, Myntra, and Nykaa ads, ensuring competitive positioning and visibility.
  • Monitor and optimize category performance, ad placements, and organic ranking on marketplaces.
  • Align marketplace promotions and ad strategies with seasonal trends and The Bare Bar's marketing calendar.

Market Research & Competitor Analysis

  • Conduct competitive analysis to benchmark performance and refine advertising strategies.
  • Stay updated with platform algorithm changes, emerging ad formats, and industry trends.
  • Identify new paid marketing opportunities, including experimental strategies to scale revenue.

What We're Looking For:

  • 3+ years

of hands-on experience in
performance marketing for D2C brands

, focused on
website & marketplace advertising

.
- Strong expertise in
Google Ads, Meta Ads, Amazon Ads, Myntra Ads, and Nykaa Ads

.
- Proven ability to
optimize ROAS, ACoS, CPC, and conversion rates

.
- Proficiency in
Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, Amazon Advertising Console, and marketplace dashboards

.
- Ability to
independently manage, analyze, and scale performance marketing initiatives

.
- Strong analytical skills—comfortable with
data-driven decision-making and reporting

.
- Experience in skincare, beauty, or lifestyle brands is a plus

.
- Amazon Advertising Certification or Google Ads Certification is a plus

.
