Performance Marketing Specialist
is a results-driven role responsible for the planning, execution, management, and analysis of all paid digital marketing campaigns. The primary focus is on maximizing Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) and driving measurable results across key performance channels.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Campaign Management:
Hands-on management and daily optimization of paid campaigns across platforms, including
Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping)
and
Paid Social (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
. - Budget & Bidding:
Strategically allocate and manage campaign budgets, utilizing advanced bidding strategies to meet CPA (Cost Per Acquisition) and ROAS targets. - A/B Testing:
Design and execute rigorous A/B tests on ad copy, creatives, landing pages, and campaign structures to continually improve conversion rates and performance efficiency. - Audience Segmentation:
Develop, implement, and refine custom audience segments, lookalike audiences, and remarketing lists for targeted campaign delivery. - Tracking & Reporting:
Ensure accurate conversion tracking is in place (via GTM/GA4). Generate detailed weekly and monthly performance reports, translating data into clear insights and actionable recommendations for stakeholders. - Keyword & Trend Analysis:
Conduct extensive keyword research and market analysis to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends and platform updates.
Essential Qualifications
- Experience:
Minimum 5
+ years
of hands-on experience managing and optimizing large-scale paid media campaigns. - Platform Mastery:
Proven, practical expertise in
Google Ads
and at least one major Paid Social platform (e.g.,
Facebook Ads Manager
). - Analytics & Tools:
High proficiency in
Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
,
Google Tag Manager (GTM)
, and strong skills in using data visualization/reporting tools. - Data Driven:
Must possess strong analytical skills and a passion for data, metrics, and quantitative analysis. - Certifications:
Google Ads Certifications (Search and/or Shopping) are highly preferred. - Communication:
Excellent written communication skills for creating compelling ad copy and presenting performance findings.
