Job Summary
We are seeking a
data-driven and strategic Performance Marketing Manager
to lead and scale our digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving
customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth
through performance-focused campaigns across multiple paid media channels. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, hands-on campaign management experience, and the ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies.
Key Responsibilities
1. Campaign Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement data-driven performance marketing strategies across platforms such as
Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and other paid media channels
. - Manage end-to-end campaign execution — from
planning and budgeting to optimization and performance tracking
. - Ensure all campaigns align with brand objectives and deliver maximum
ROI and business growth
.
2. Customer Acquisition & Retention
- Drive
new customer acquisition
through targeted paid campaigns. - Build and optimize
retargeting and retention
strategies to increase
repeat purchases
and improve
customer lifetime value (CLV)
.
3. Analytics & Optimization
- Track, analyze, and report key performance metrics such as
CTR, CPC, ROAS, CPA, and conversion rates
. - Utilize insights to
optimize campaign performance
, refine ad creatives, and enhance landing page conversion. - Conduct
A/B testing
to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
4. Budget Management
- Own and manage the
performance marketing budget
, ensuring efficient allocation across channels. - Monitor spend versus performance to
maximize ROI
and maintain cost-effectiveness.
5. Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
- Work closely with
creative, brand, and analytics teams
to ensure campaign alignment and consistent messaging. - Partner with external agencies and vendors (if applicable) to enhance campaign reach and performance.
6. Market Trends & Innovation
- Stay abreast of
industry trends, emerging ad technologies, and new media platforms
. - Identify and experiment with
innovative growth opportunities
to keep the brand ahead in the digital marketing space.
Key Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in
performance or digital marketing
. - Proven track record of managing campaigns across
Google, Meta, and other paid channels
. - Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like
Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and Excel/Google Sheets
