Why this role exists
We're early-stage and moving fast. You'll own paid acquisition end-to-end—primarily Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads, with hands-on X (Twitter) Ads and Reddit Ads—to test, learn, and scale what drives qualified pipeline from our ICP (VP Marketing/CMO, Demand Gen, SEO, Content leaders).
What you'll do
- Own full-funnel paid media: plan, launch, and scale campaigns on Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
- Expand to X Ads & Reddit Ads: test interest/keyword/community targeting for technical and marketing audiences; iterate fast.
- Build from 0→1: set up tracking (UTMs, GA4, LinkedIn Insight Tag, Google Tag Manager, pixels), naming conventions, dashboards, and reporting loops.
- Creative & copy testing: write ads and LP copy; brief lightweight creatives; use AI tools to generate variations and speed up experimentation.
- Optimize for revenue: manage budgets and pacing; monitor CPL, CPC, CVR, CAC; partner with Sales/RevOps to connect to MQLs, SQLs, opps, and pipeline.
- Landing page iteration: run A/B tests (headlines, offers, forms); collaborate with content/PMM to align value props with GEO/AI-search pain points.
- Insights → action: turn search query reports, audience breakdowns, and creative learnings into weekly recommendations.
What you'll bring
- 2–3 years of hands-on running Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads for B2B SaaS (must-have).
- Practical experience with X Ads and Reddit Ads (nice-to-have → quickly ramp to must-do).
- Independent operator who takes end-to-end ownership with minimal handholding—comfortable in a 0→1 environment where playbooks are being built.
- Not afraid to experiment and adapt in a high-growth setting; delivers on tight deadlines and adjusts quickly based on data.
- Strong communication & storytelling: you can make a complex product click instantly in a headline, ad, or landing page.
- Must have a portfolio with quantifiable results (CPL, CVR, CAC, pipeline influence); include examples of founder/C-suite ghostwritten ads or posts if available.
- Working knowledge of SEO & content for better ad/LP alignment; familiarity with Canva/Figma for quick creative edits is a plus.
- Tooling: GA4, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio (or similar), spreadsheet chops; disciplined UTM practices.
