Campaign Operations Associate

We're hiring a Campaign Operations Associate to execute and optimize our patient engagement & retention marketing campaigns on MarTech platforms with robust performance reporting skills. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment with expertise in MarTech, CE, CPAAS, CRM, and Analytics for a leading digital-focused pharmaceutical brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Execution: Build, launch, and monitor automated & broadcast campaigns across channels like push notifications, in-app messages, emails, SMS, RCS, and WhatsApp
  • WhatsApp Bot: Create schemas & setup WhatsApp Bot journeys on CPAAS tools. Implement computation logics and get backend integrations in place to ensure data input accuracy and increase app/website feature discovery, usage, engagement, and stickiness. Having exposure to CTWA ads on Meta will be an added advantage.
  • Audience Management: Create targeted audience segments and design personalized user journeys (e.g., onboarding, retention, win-back) on Customer Engagement platforms. Candidates should be knowledge of the process of creating user segments basis business needs, drive communication for identified user segments via campaigns or automated/triggered journeys. This would involve managing new/existing campaigns/ flows/ customer journeys. Example - Onboarding journey, Retention journey, etc. Having knowledge of Mixpanel, Firebase will be an added advantage.
  • Performance Analysis: Track and analyze key metrics (Sent, Delivered, CTR, open rates, click rates, Response files, DLR reports), and conduct A/B tests to optimize campaign performance, message copies, and day and time of sending campaigns.
  • Marketing Operations: Support the team by creating performance reports, generating dynamic links with source & channel tracking to be used in campaigns, manage vendor relationship, and perform control group-based testing.
  • Tool Knowledge:

Must have Skills:

a) extensive hands-on knowledge of one of these CPAAS tools Gupshup, Karix, Haptik, , Infobip, ValueFirst for sending WhatsApp, SMS & RCS campaigns and launching WhatsApp bots.

b) strong knowledge of basic & advanced Excel (Pivot tables, functions like vlookup, hlookup, xloopup, countif, index & match functions, etc.) with a keen attention to detail, number crunching, data analysis, and numerics.

c) knowledge of data visualization and dashboarding tools like Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, Google Looker Studio to create impactful and visually appealing performance reports to be presented to management

Good-to-have Skills:

d) working knowledge of Customer Engagement & Marketing Automation platforms like MoEngage, CleverTap, Netcore, WebEngage, SalesForce Marketing Cloud to set up and launch customer engagement journeys (automated & event-triggered) for specific user cohorts identified based on their activities on app and website

e) Knowledge of Python programming language for data analysis, modeling, predictive analytics, and automation & SQL for querying the daabase is an add-on

Requirements

  • Experience: 3–4 years in a Campaign Operations or MarTech role.
  • Ability to work efficiently under tight timelines
  • Ability to learn and implement new skills on the job.
  • Flexibility to stretch across functions and roles – campaigns, content, operations.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle fast-paced work and manage with short timelines.
  • Past experience in a similar profile; experience in digital healthcare is a bonus
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA degree preferred
  • Usage of Gen AI tools in daily tasks will be a bonus which improves quality of work & reduces time & effort
