About the role

We are seeking a highly organised and solutions-focused Resource Manager to oversee the planning, allocation, and utilisation of creative and production resources across our creative operations. Sitting at the heart of our delivery engine, you'll play a critical role in balancing workloads, ensuring capacity alignment, and enabling the efficient flow of work through the creative and studio teams.

This is an operations-centric role, ideal for someone with mid-to-senior level experience in traffic or resource management, preferably within a fast-paced in-house or agency setting.

You will be responsible for

  • Manage day-to-day resourcing for creative, design, copy, and publishing teams — ensuring the right people are assigned to the right projects at the right time.
  • Maintain and evolve resource planning tools, schedules, and trackers.
  • Partner with project managers, producers, and team leads to gather requirements, manage availability, and resolve capacity bottlenecks.
  • Flag overbookings, under-utilisation, or resourcing risks early — and help develop mitigation plans.
  • Support freelance or vendor onboarding aand coordination as needed to cover peaks or specialised work.
  • Monitor actuals vs forecasted resource needs and feed into ongoing capacity planning cycles.
  • Work with Adobe to build reports and then provide regular reviews of team utilisation, forecast accuracy, and efficiency KPIs.
  • Act as a point of contact for resourcing escalations and prioritisation conversaations.

You will need

  • 6–8 years of experience in creative resource or traffic management within a marketing, agency, or studio environment.
  • Experience using resource planning tools such as Adobe Workfront, Float, Smartsheet, , or similar.

  • Proven success in managing workloads across multiple disciplines (design, copy, AV, digital, etc.).

  • Strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to balance multiple stakeholders and priorities.
  • Calm under pressure, with a solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Familiarity with agile or campaign-based working models is a plus.
