Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business and Operations Lead located in Bengaluru. The individual will oversee day-to-day operations, manage projects, and develop strategies to streamline processes and achieve business objectives. Responsibilities include coordinating with various teams, driving sales initiatives, analyzing operational performance, and ensuring efficient workflow and resource allocation. The role demands proactive leadership and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced production environment.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate data, assess performance, and develop actionable insights
  • Effective Communication skills for team collaboration, client management, and clear reporting
  • Proficiency in Sales and a proven ability to drive revenue growth and establish new business relationships
  • Experience in Operations Management and Project Management to oversee processes and lead projects to completion
  • Leadership capabilities, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field is preferred
  • Experience in the film production or creative industries is a plus
