The platform helps hosts capitalize on revenue opportunities while improving guest experiences and integrating top travel operators into the ecosystem. Nomora is dedicated to revolutionizing the way hosts, travelers, and local operators interact.

The Role

You'll own end-to-end operations, building processes, managing bookings, reconciling money flows, and solving on-ground problems daily. This isn't a desk job analyzing data in isolation. You'll be in the trenches: calling operators, fixing last-minute driver no-shows, processing refunds, and creating SOPs from scratch.

What You'll Do


Build processes from ground up:
Create SOPs for operator acquisition, onboarding, verification, and training


Manage live bookings:
Coordinate with travel operators for allocation, confirmation, and assignment. Handle real-time issues (assignment gaps, no-shows)


Own money operations:
Daily payout reports, operator transfers, customer refunds. Track every rupee


Maintain data integrity:
Reconcile bookings, payments, payouts, and commissions. Generate management reports

You Should Apply If

You have 0-2 years experience (non-coding background, Graduate/MBA)

You're digitally fluent—Excel, software tools, and new systems don't intimidate you
