Role Overview

As a Business Operations Manager, you will lead high-impact operational programs that enable seamless service delivery across teams. You will own end-to-end execution of business-critical processes, ensure efficiency at scale, and enable cross-functional alignment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in structured execution, problem-solving, and program ownership within fast-moving environments.

What You'll DoOperational Excellence & Execution

• End-to-End Workflow Ownership: Lead and manage core business operations across client delivery, internal coordination, and program execution.
  
  

• Cross-Functional Alignment: Work closely with internal teams (Sales, Talent Delivery, Product, Finance) to ensure smooth and predictable operational execution.
  
  

• High-Volume Coordination: Operate in a high-output environment with multiple stakeholders, ensuring clarity, speed, and accountability.
  
  

Program & Process Management

• Program Ownership: Drive business-critical programs from planning to execution, ensuring outcomes are met on time and with high quality.
  
  

• Process Optimization: Continuously identify bottlenecks and improve process efficiency through data, documentation, and structured workflows.
  
  

• Systems & Tools Management: Work with internal systems to create visibility, track performance, and maintain operational hygiene.
  
  

Strategic Support & Insight

• Business Insights: Track key metrics and share learnings with leadership to influence decision-making and operational strategy.
  
  

• Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify execution risks and resolve them before they escalate.
  
  

• Stakeholder Communication: Ensure clear, structured, and timely communication across all teams involved in the programs you run.
  
  

Who Are You?

Education & Background

• Graduation or post-graduation completed within the last 3–5 years (consistent with typical experience range).
  
  

• 2–4 years of hands-on experience in Operations, Business Operations, Program Management, Cluster/Project Operations, or Procurement Operations roles.
  
  

• Preferably from a high-touch operational environment such as tech-enabled services, B2C/B2B operations, staffing, consulting, or execution-heavy business lines.
