Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sponsorship Sales Specialist located in Bengaluru. The Sponsorship Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and generating leads, pursuing sponsorship sales opportunities, and building and maintaining relationships with sponsors. Daily tasks include communicating with potential sponsors, negotiating sponsorship agreements, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure sponsor satisfaction and deliverables are met.
Qualifications
- Sponsorship Sales and Sponsorship skills
- Lead Generation and Sales skills
- Excellent Communication skills
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Experience in the events or media industry is a plus
