
Client Relationship Manager

We are looking for an experienced and well-connected professional to generate, onboard, and manage showroom & service center partners across Uttarakhand and nearby areas.
The selected candidate will be responsible for building strong client relationships and ensuring successful adoption of our unified digital portal that manages sales, stocks, and accounts under one platform (with customization).
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, approach, and onboard showrooms and service centers across Uttarakhand & adjoining areas.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships for long-term business association.
- Demonstrate portal features to clients and ensure smooth onboarding.
- Achieve a minimum of 1 successful account onboarding per month.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client queries, concerns, and escalations.
- Collaborate with internal teams for client support and customization needs.
- Track and report onboarding pipeline, conversions, and client feedback.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in client acquisition / channel sales / business development, preferably in automobiles, retail, or service sector.
- Strong network with showroom owners, service centers, distributors, and dealers in Uttarakhand & nearby areas.
- Excellent relationship management and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Comfortable with field visits and regional travel.
- Graduate or above in any discipline.
Compensation:
- Fixed Pay: ₹20,000/month
- Incentives: Up to ₹60,000/month (performance-based)
- Total Potential: ₹80,000/month
- Additional Benefits: Incentives on successful onboarding & long-term partnerships
