Client Relationship Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Client Relationship Management**:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact.
- Proactively identify client needs and anticipate their evolving requirements.
- Provide exceptional customer service and exceed client expectations.
- **HR Consulting**:
- Leverage your HR expertise to offer valuable advice and guidance to clients.
- Assist clients in developing and implementing effective HR strategies.
- Address HR-related challenges and provide practical solutions.
- **Business Development**:
- Identify new business opportunities and actively pursue them.
- Generate leads and convert them into long-term clients.
- Contribute to the growth and expansion of our client base.
- **Project Management**:
- Oversee the successful delivery of HR projects and initiatives for clients.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- **Team Collaboration**:
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams (e.g., HR consultants, operations) to deliver comprehensive solutions to clients.
- Share best practices and knowledge within the team to enhance overall performance.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Proven experience in client relationship management or sales within the HR industry.
- Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Results-oriented with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
