Role Overview
We are looking for a Client Relationship Manager (CRM) who will act as the key liaison between our clients and internal teams. The CRM will oversee client coordination, ensure timely property registries, manage client queries, and support the sales team in tracking post-sales processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Tracking: Monitor and maintain records of all sales closed by the sales team.
- Registry Management: Keep track of registry due dates, ensure proper coordination with clients for timely completion.
- Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding post-sales queries, updates, and concerns.
- Issue Resolution: Handle and resolve client complaints effectively, ensuring their concerns are addressed with professionalism and empathy.
- Relationship Management: Build long-term, trust-based relationships with clients by maintaining regular communication and follow-ups.
- Coordination with Internal Teams: Collaborate with sales, legal, and operations teams to streamline processes and ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Client Satisfaction: Proactively identify issues and provide solutions to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.
Desired Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in client relationship management, preferably in real estate or sales-driven industries.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage irate clients with patience, empathy, and professionalism.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to offer quick, practical solutions.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and database management.
