  • Identify and develop new institutional clients for bulk garment orders (e.g., corporates, hospitals, government agencies, uniforms, workwear, and customized).
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing institutional clients.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals tailored to client needs & PPT.
  • Understand client requirements and coordinate with production/design teams to ensure timely delivery.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.
  • Ensure client satisfaction through effective communication and service delivery.
  • Attend industry events, exhibitions, and trade shows to network and generate leads.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and generate periodic reports.
  • Need to achieve Weekly, Monthly, quarterly & Year Targets.
  • Fine tune with Internal team to meet the required price points vs versa to share our target price points.
  • Along with the Sr Team Members, finalize price points & follow-up on documentation procedures.
  • Up-date daily tracking, visits to multiple locations.
  • Daily interactions with Companys & meet there month on month requirements.
  • Follow-up with internal teams & Commercial for documentation

Requirements:

  • Must be open to travel within Bangalore and for outstation visits as required
  • Two-wheeler and valid Driving License (mandatory)
  • Excellent communication skills required
  • Proficiency in English and Kannada is a must
