OBJECTIVE:
To lead B2B and institutional sales efforts across Bangalore/Hyderabad - Involves building strategic partnerships with hospitals, diagnostic centers, gynecologists, corporate medical departments, and healthcare institutions - Driving patient referrals and enhance our brand presence .
Institutional Partnership Development - Identify and engage with potential institutional partners such as hospitals, women's clinics, corporate healthcare providers, and diagnostic labs - Build long-term relationships to create sustainable referral networks B2B Sales & Revenue Growth - Drive B2B sales targets through strategic alliances, partnerships, and bulk referral models - Monitor and report on sales performance, pipeline, and conversion metrics. Gynecologist Engagement - Collaborate with institutional gynecologists and OB/GYN clinics to encourage patient referrals Corporate Tie-ups - Liaise with HR and wellness teams of corporates for fertility awareness drives, screening camps, and exclusive corporate packages - Develop and implement a robust institutional sales strategy for the Bangalore region - Work to execute local campaigns and events in target institutions
